USDA Loans

A USDA Home Loan is a Government insured loan that allows borrowers to obtain 100% financing (NO MONEY DOWN). It is designed to meet the needs of people living in small communities, rural areas, as well as outlying metropolitan areas. These loans are offered by Trust Lending and insured by the government.

Established in 1991 by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) rural development loans are designed to help medium income American's to buy a home in rural and suburban communities. They are the most competitive loan in the market place.

If you live in a qualifying suburban town - generally with a population of less than 20,000 - a USDA Loan may be your answer to securing your dream of home ownership.

Also referred to as Rural Development Loans, these federally backed and funded loans are the last true No Money Down option on the market.
